At Lattafa Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the fragrance for safety seals, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
